If you're curious about what Twitter can achieve for your business but aren't sure where to start, you're probably not alone.
According to a new study investigating the use of Twitter and other social media by businesspeople in the UK and US, nearly 90 per cent of Twitter business users have no clear strategy in place and are simply making it up as they go along.
Despite this, Twitter continues its massive growth among businesspeople the world over: 80 per cent of respondent in the survey said that they made significant or modest use of the platform in their business.
The fact that so few have a clear strategy in place is no doubt one of the factors behind the fact that relatively few entrepreneurs say they are happy with results they are currently getting from Twitter.
If you're one of the many business Twitter users with no strategy in place, the video clip above from yourBusinessChannel (featuring advice from Twitter for business specialist Mark Shaw) will give you a few pointers!
